Michael Linbrunner serves as Development & Client Services Associate at Tower K Group L.L.C., where he plays a central role in donor development, client engagement, and strategic execution. Drawing on his background in fundraising, proposal writing, and relationship building, Michael leads high-stakes donor pitches, develops persuasive fundraising materials, and ensures client deliverables are executed with precision. He thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments, bringing entrepreneurial insight and disciplined project management to every engagement.

Before joining Tower K Group, Michael gained extensive nonprofit development experience at ADAPT Community Network and the Stony Brook Southampton Hospital Foundation. At ADAPT Community Network, he served as Donor Database Manager, helping shape fundraising strategies, draft grants, and create donor-focused communications. He collaborated across departments to align development efforts with organizational goals, managed donor data with accuracy, and drove outreach campaigns and events that strengthened donor engagement. His ability to pair strategic thinking with hands-on execution made him a trusted partner both internally and externally.
Earlier, as Development Coordinator at the Southampton Hospital Foundation, Michael supported the planning and execution of high-profile fundraising events—including galas, golf outings, and luncheons—while working closely with the Director of Development. He managed budgets and timelines, crafted marketing materials, and contributed to initiatives that advanced the Foundation’s mission.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management with a Marketing specialization from Stony Brook University, where he also competed as an NCAA Division I athlete. He went on to complete graduate-level coursework in Nonprofit Management & Leadership at the University of Georgia. With experience spanning healthcare and nonprofit sectors, Michael is recognized for his collaborative spirit, polished communication, and commitment to mission-driven results.
Outside of work, Michael is an avid runner, passionate sports enthusiast, and traveler. His discipline, curiosity, and people-first mindset make him a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues.
